Commercial Architect - Dickirch, Luxembourg
We are a leading architecture firm in Dickirch, Luxembourg seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and structures that meet our clients' needs while adhering to local building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific requirements and goals for their commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Utilize computer-aided design software to produce accurate and efficient designs
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and make necessary adjustments if needed
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate the building process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Luxembourg
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Salary:
