We are hiring a skilled and efficient Factory Line Worker to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products on the production line. Your main duties will include monitoring the production process, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

To excel in this position, you must have previous experience as a factory worker and possess good physical stamina. You should also have knowledge of operating machinery and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work in a team are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble products on the production line
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Monitor production process for any malfunctions or defects
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a factory worker or similar role
