Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking and cold calling
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales (minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in the same industry/sector (preferred but not required)
