Electrician Supervisor

Our company, located in Jerusalem, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team. As the Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of electricians to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of electricians in performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Perform quality checks on work completed by the team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during project execution
- Communicate with clients to discuss project details and provide updates on progress
- Train new electricians on company procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Nationality preference for Kenyans or foreigners willing to relocate to Jerusalem

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation.
