Job Title: Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations in Herning. You will use your expertise and creativity to design menus, develop recipes, and manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by consistently delivering high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing menus that meet the preferences and dietary requirements of our guests
- Developing new recipes and updating existing ones to keep our menu fresh and interesting
- Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the highest standards
- Managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and budget control
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and service
- Collaborating with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new techniques or ingredients into our menu

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience/training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique dishes while also adhering to budget constraints
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with accommodation in Herning. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
