Indian Restaurant Manager in Atlanta
Our busy restaurant in Atlanta is currently seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise and manage all restaurant staff to ensure a high level of service and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and beverage offerings
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
