Architectural Technologist (Contract Position)


Our growing architectural firm in Eschen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our team of architects with drafting and design tasks, preparing detailed construction drawings, and coordinating with clients and contractors. This position requires a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in residential or commercial architecture is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist architects with drafting and design tasks
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and other software
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. Candidates must have their own valid work visa or be eligible to obtain one in order to be considered for this position.
