We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Albena, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes and hold a valid crane operator certification. This position requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy loads. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to follow all safety regulations at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment to lift, move, and position materials
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with ground personnel using hand signals or radio communication
- Complete daily logs and reports on equipment usage and maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes
- Valid crane operator certification (preferred)
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals or radio communication
