Computer Support Specialist - Ashdod
We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our customers via phone, email, or in person. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading computer systems and networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and networks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Train customers on how to use new hardware or software
- Assist with the setup of new equipment for customers
