Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals)

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online channels.

The ideal candidate for this role is an Indian national who is fluent in English and has experience in customer service or sales. You must also have your own visa that allows you to work in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and other online platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our services.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Work closely with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have your own valid visa allowing you to work in Israel.
