Online Consultant



We are seeking an Online Consultant to join our team in Herzliya. This position is perfect for someone with no English language requirement and does not require any prior experience. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients from the Indian community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients from the Indian community via online platforms
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Offer product recommendations and upsell services when appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:
- Native Indian speaker preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel (remote work option available)
