As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties in Roskilde. Your main responsibilities will include fixing plumbing and electrical systems, repairing appliances, painting, and general carpentry work. You should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently to troubleshoot and fix issues efficiently. A biometric passport or Danish ID is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, lubricating hinges, and inspecting plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Repair or replace appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and washing machines
- Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Perform carpentry work including installing shelves, repairing cabinets, and fixing doors
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies for repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times while on the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance repair
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport or Danish ID
