Crane Operator


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Lom. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to safety protocols and manufacturer's instructions
- Inspect crane equipment before use to ensure proper functioning
- Move levers, pedals, or controls to operate the crane and hoist equipment
- Communicate with ground personnel via hand signals or radio to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure proper operation of the crane
- Perform routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a crane operator
- At least 2 years of experience operating cranes on construction sites
- Ability to read and understand load charts
- Strong understanding of safety protocols for crane operations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work at heights

Preferred:
- Experience operating multiple types of cranes
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills a plus)

Salary: $1700 per month

Contract Type: Full-time
