Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Aalborg. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects within budget and quality standards. Your duties will include coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Aalborg, Denmark (open to candidates from other nationalities)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Review all project plans for accuracy and feasibility
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality of workmanship
- Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other third parties involved in the project
- Prepare reports on project status for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, costs estimation, scheduling techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
