Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Aalborg. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality of materials used
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and provide updates on project status
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors as needed
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained before beginning construction work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per week. Candidates must have prior experience in construction management.
