Facade Engineer

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Eschen. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing building facades that meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic requirements. You will also collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of facade projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess building structures and collect data for facade design
- Use CAD software to create detailed facade drawings and models
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on project requirements and budget constraints
- Prepare cost estimates and project proposals for clients
- Collaborate with architects to ensure that facades align with overall building design
- Work closely with contractors during construction phase to ensure quality control and timely completion of facade projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Engineer in the construction industry
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with potential bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Eschen, but we welcome applicants from all over Malayalee community.
