Architectural Designer (Contract) - Triesen, India

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and vision
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and make revisions to designs based on client feedback or technical requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
