Machine Operator


We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Ajman. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure production efficiency and quality standards are met. You should have strong technical skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. The ideal candidate will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery, including but not limited to, lathes, mills, drills, grinders, and saws
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams accurately
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Good understanding of machine operation principles
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Keen eye for detail
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ajman.
