Industrial Architect
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: 1700 USD per month

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their budget and timeline. You will also collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the building.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural stability of the building
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to contractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them updated on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in Autocad or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Lithuania (knowledge of international codes is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
