IT Support Technician
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in Greenland. Your main role will be to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for our clients. You will work closely with our team of computer support specialists to provide timely and effective solutions to our clients' technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by clients
- Perform repairs or replacements for faulty hardware components
- Install and configure new equipment and software for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient solutions for recurring technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments in order to provide high-quality support to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Greenlandic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: This position is based in Greenland but we are open to candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
