Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and eye-catching manner to increase sales. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. No previous experience or knowledge of English is required for this position, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to work in Salalah. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores and ensure that products are properly displayed and stocked
- Set up promotional displays and arrange products to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and consumer preferences
- Collect data on customer reactions and feedback on product displays
- Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when necessary

Preferred:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Salalah
