Indian Cuisine Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Utena. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and flavorful dishes that represent the diverse and vibrant culture of India. Your main duties will include preparing and cooking traditional Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop traditional Indian recipes with a modern twist
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to menu specifications
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure a smooth operation during service hours
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create unique dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena (open to all nationalities)
