Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Roskilde is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
