Job Title: Roofer Supervisor


We are seeking a Roofer Supervisor to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of our roofing team. You will ensure that all roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily tasks for the roofing team, including assigning duties and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for training new team members and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a roofer and prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position. You must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town workers. All nationalities are welcome to apply, however proficiency in English is required.
