We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Malindi. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, evaluating damages, and determining coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret policies and contracts. A thorough understanding of insurance laws and regulations is also required. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering information from various sources such as witnesses, police reports, and medical records
- Evaluate damages and determine coverage based on policy terms and conditions
- Review and analyze contract language to determine the extent of coverage
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities and decisions
- Collaborate with other departments such as legal or accounting to ensure timely resolution of claims
- Keep up-to-date with changes in insurance laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance adjusting or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret policies and contracts accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
