Moderator for Indian Community in Shan, Myanmar



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team and manage the Indian community in Shan, Myanmar. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and moderating all discussions and interactions within the Indian community, ensuring that all content is appropriate and in line with community guidelines.

Your main duties will include monitoring discussions, responding to member inquiries and concerns, providing guidance to members on appropriate behavior, and enforcing community guidelines when necessary. You will also be responsible for organizing community events and engaging with members to foster a sense of community.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the Indian culture. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This full-time position does not include accommodation but offers visa sponsorship.
