We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online discussions and forums to ensure that all content meets community guidelines and standards. This includes reviewing user-generated content, responding to user inquiries, and enforcing community policies.

Key Requirements:
- Fluent in English

- Familiarity with online moderation tools and platforms

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content for quality and appropriateness
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Enforce community policies by issuing warnings or suspending/banning users when necessary
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community atmosphere
- Stay updated on current trends and issues within the online community space

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online moderation or community management
- Knowledge of Indian culture and current events
- Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive topics with professionalism
- Experience using moderation tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social is a plus
