Entry Level Sales Representative


We are a fast-growing retail company in need of a dynamic and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team in Svalbard. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our sales department while playing a key role in driving revenue for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media
- Present and promote our products to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall sales performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals
