Project Manager - Faroe-Islands



As a Project Manager in Faroe-Islands, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning to execution. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all necessary quality standards. You will work closely with team members and clients to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact the success of the project
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve project goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation for all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.
