We are currently seeking an experienced Equipment Operator for an urgent contract job opportunity in Ashdod, Israel. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have prior experience operating equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment to move materials, load trucks, and perform other tasks as directed by the project manager. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail in order to ensure accuracy and quality in the work performed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting. You must also have a valid driver's license and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc. according to project requirements
- Safely load and unload materials using appropriate techniques
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Must be Indian with fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
