We are seeking an experienced and reliable babysitter to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a babysitter, you will be responsible for providing quality care and supervision for children while their parents are away. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children
- Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for children according to provided guidelines
- Help with homework and engage children in educational activities
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities
- Keep track of children's daily routines including naps, meals, and medication schedules
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development, behavior or any other concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a babysitter or similar role
- Ability to build positive relationships with children of all ages
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
