We are hiring a dedicated and hardworking Solar Installer to join our team in Funchal! As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels for maximum energy efficiency
- Assemble and mount racking systems on roofs or other structures
- Connect solar panels to electrical components and ensure proper functioning
- Test system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Prior experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work is preferred but not required
