We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kolding. Our restaurant caters to both local and international clientele, offering a unique dining experience with a focus on quality and customer service.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, handling customer complaints and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business targets. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service are essential for this role.
