We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our company in Izhevsk, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of all hardware and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different departments and vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:
1400$ per month with additional benefits such as free visa sponsorship and air ticket.
