Architecture Manager

We are in search of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge of architecture principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and construction
- Develop project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure quality work and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve all project drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of architecture principles, practices, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this contract position. This job is open to individuals from India who possess a biometric passport. Please note that this is a contract position without accommodation provided.
