Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in our Los Angeles office. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of architects and designers
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Review designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Los Angeles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1400/month
