Urgent Contract Construction Manager in Gujrat

A reputable construction company in Gujrat is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month, including accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and report on project budget status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
