Restaurant Manager - Khanpur



As a Restaurant Manager in Khanpur, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience while also maintaining profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high levels of quality and service
- Train and develop staff members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed at all times
- Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
