Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Khanpur. This individual must have previous experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, customer service, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Train and oversee staff members to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure all health codes and regulations are consistently met.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry as a manager or supervisor is required.
- Must have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes.
