Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager

As a Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Porto. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. Your main duties will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and promoting our hotel through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth into a full-time role. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations for clients
- Promote the hotel through various marketing channels such as social media, trade shows, and partnerships
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (Portuguese or other languages are a plus)
- Must have own visa to work in Porto
