Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase bookings for our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential customers to promote the hotel and secure bookings
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase the hotel's offerings
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments such as reservations, front desk, and food & beverage to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local market trends and key players in the travel industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
