Senior Floral Designer


We are in search of a creative and experienced Senior Floral Designer to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Senior Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday celebrations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of florists and ensuring the smooth operation of our floral design studio.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements that align with our clients' preferences and vision
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for floral designs
- Train and supervise junior florists in the studio
- Ensure the quality of all floral arrangements meets our high standards
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into our work
- Collaborate with other event planners and vendors to provide comprehensive services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional florist or floral designer
- Extensive knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Excellent eye for detail, color schemes, and aesthetics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of event planning is an asset but not required
- Must be able to manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to come up with unique designs
- Must have strong leadership skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vejle, Denmark (no accommodation provided)
