Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website needs and goals
- Design website layouts, user interfaces, and graphics using web design software
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Develop responsive websites that function well across different devices
- Optimize website performance for speed, scalability, and SEO
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Communicate project progress and collaborate with team members effectively
- Perform quality assurance on completed projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to understand client requirements and present designs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Understanding of content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. However, candidates who are proficient in English and have their own visa to work in Lithuania will be given priority.
