Full-Time Housekeeper/Cleaner

Our residential cleaning company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team in Akron. As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, and includes free visa sponsorship and travel arrangements for Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Organize closets and shelves
- Stock supplies in designated areas
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
(visa sponsorship provided for Indian candidates)
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods of time
