Mason - Construction Worker

We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Shan, China. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials, mixing mortar, and laying bricks in an organized and efficient manner.

To excel in this role, you should have experience working as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry. A keen eye for detail, strong physical stamina, and good hand-eye coordination are also essential qualities. You must also be able to read and interpret blueprints and follow safety protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions using tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, and grinders
- Mix mortar according to specifications
- Lay bricks or stones in an organized pattern following blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure that all work is done according to safety regulations
- Clean up work area after each shift

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with different masonry tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols in the construction industry

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

This position is located in Shan, China.
