We are currently hiring a full-time Moderator to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure that all content is in line with our company's guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums and social media platforms to ensure that all user-generated content meets our company's guidelines and standards
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content to the appropriate team for further action
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for managing challenging situations or difficult users
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management
- Provide regular reports on community engagement, issues, and trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a moderator or community manager
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and other community channels
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
