Chef de Cuisine

The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen in our upscale restaurant in the United States. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that satisfy our guests' palates. You will also manage and train our kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency in all aspects of food preparation. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about food and has a strong understanding of culinary techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all menu items, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery to guests.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Develop new menu items and update existing ones based on seasonal availability and guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health codes, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $1300 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
