Executive Chef in the United States
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in the United States. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presented in an appealing manner
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, while maintaining budget guidelines
- Train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
