As a Finisher in Herning, Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring the final touches on our products are of high quality and meet industry standards. You will work with a team to complete the finishing process, which includes sanding, painting, and polishing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review product specifications and blueprints to understand finishing requirements
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding and cleaning
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using various techniques (spraying, brushing, rolling)
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments if needed
- Maintain equipment and tools used for finishing
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections in finished products
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1100$ per month
