Architectural Technologist in Esbjerg, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. In this role, you will use your technical skills and knowledge of building design to assist in the development and construction of various architectural projects. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month, with the option for accommodations and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects and engineers with developing design plans for new construction projects
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for building components
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Collaborate with other professionals such as contractors, builders, and surveyors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Review project materials and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and advancements in architectural technology
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Esbjerg, Denmark
